Seixo Stools

These sculptures are made of reclaimed solid wood. It is the result of a labor intensive technique that requires the artisan's ability to work with small tools. It's a work that respects and exalts the wood's own beauty. Some pieces receive extra support though pins to avoid too much of the natural cracking.

Made from Ipê wood, but can also be made from Peroba do Campo, Vinhático, or Tamburiuva wood.
